Crafty Cruises is a unique experience that showcases the stunning natural beauty of our town’s waterways and combines it with a Cocktail training Session or a structured Beer Tasting.

The Beer Cruise is a guided tasting of 5 different Beers, a 1 hour boat tour of the St Ives backwaters and a reserved table back at the Snug for the final Beer.

You will arrive at the Snug for 6.30pm on a Friday night.  Beer 1 is at the Snug whilst we have our briefing.  Just before 7pm you will wander down the passageway from the Snug and meet your boat for 7pm at the Quayside.  Beers 2, 3 and 4 will be served on the boat whilst you enjoy a 1 hr tour of the stunning St Ives river network.  You will then head back to your reserved table at the Snug for your fifth Beer.

The total cost of the trip is £55 per person.

The Cocktail Cruise is a cocktail masterclass session where your party will be taught the history of and how to make 3 different cocktails from our range.  Your choose the drinks, then learn the techniques involved in their production and then enjoy each of your own creations.  It runs at the same timings as the Beer Cruise and the cost is the same at £55 per person.  The trips cannot be mixed Beer and Cocktail but we can accommodate specific requests for people who dont drink or would like to take an alternative drink on board.

There is a bluetooth speaker on baord to connect your own music to and you are welcome to bring your own snacks.

The sessions run on Fridays from May 22nd this year and start at 6.30pm.  then you are back at the Snug for your last Beer/Cocktail around 8.15pm.

The boat needs a minimum of 6 people to run and holds a maximum of 10 people for the Beer Cruise and a maximum of 8 for the Cocktail Cruise.  You can book just 1 or 2 people for a cruise and we will then fill the boat with other booked guests.  Or you can fill the boat with all of your friends up to the maximum required, it's up to you.
